I understand I may cancel my membership at any time without further obligation, provided Club Andes receives notification of the intent to cancel prior to shipment. I understand it is my obligation to notify Club Andes of my address change before wine is shipped. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be my responsibility.
