A rare, unfiltered wine showing a dark scarlet color with some purple shades. Characteristic spicy aroma (paprika). Ripe grape tannins. Full body, vigorous personality. Elegant and prolonged finish. This wine is very “tight” and takes some time to open up. We recommend decanting for abundant oxygenation to fully appreciate the many characteristics of this great wine.

Preparation

Pull the cork on this wine 4 to 5 hours before serving. Ten minutes before serving decant the entire bottle allowing plenty of oxygen to enter the wine. This wine will be even better tomorrow. Best if served between 64 and 68 degrees F.
