This wine has been produced with hand-harvested grapes from the family owned Yacochuya vineyards at 6600 feet above sea level. The unique qualities of the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are greatly enhanced by the virtues of high-altitude wines. In the mouth the result is the pleasure of smooth velvet with a hint of nut combined with the traditions aromas and flavors of this varietal. It is ideal with red meat, pasta and cheese dishes. This wine has not been filtered prior to bottling and therefore may present some sediment that only confirms its quality.

Preparation

Open at the table, allow 30 minutes to breathe and serve. This Cabernet will open to fullness in one to two hours. Best if served between 64 and 68 degrees F.
