This wine is produced from the personal vineyards in Quebrada de las Flechas (Arrow Canyon), a high oasis located at 7,200 feet above sea level. The special microclimate of this area allows for optimal grape ripeness, providing them with the ability to develop and express their unique identity. Careful elaboration and proper aging in French oak add great complexity and balance to this excellent wine. As in all quality products, the elaboration of Rupestre is conditioned on the availability of grapes that comply with the demanding level of quality established every year for wines in this spectrum.

Preparation

Pull the cork and serve. This “cut” wine is the best of the best. Allow to open up one hour. Serve in the largest glass you can find. Best if served between 64 and 68 degrees F.
